How a renovation comes together
Existing Space
We start in the room as it stands — measuring, photographing and noting what works, what has to go and what the structure will allow.
Design & Planning
Plans, elevations, material palettes and cabinetry drawings. Scope, selections and sequence are resolved on paper before anything is opened up.
Demolition & Rough-In
Protection, demolition and disposal, then framing, electrical, plumbing and mechanical rough-in — inspected before anything is closed in.
Cabinetry & Finishes
Cabinetry fabricated in our own shop, then tile, stone, millwork, paint and hardware installed and adjusted by the same crew that built them.
Completed Space
Deficiency walkthrough, cleaning and handover — every drawer, door and light checked with you before the project closes.

Consultation
We begin in your space — listening for how you live and work. Vision, scope, budget and timeline are named plainly before anything is drawn.
Design & Planning
Space planning, concept, material palettes, lighting and detailed shop drawings — every decision resolved on paper first.
Production
Cabinetry and architectural millwork built in our own shop, alongside coordinated site works managed by a single project lead.
Installation
Precise on-site installation, finishing and a documented final walkthrough — deficiencies closed out before handover.

What does a design-build renovation include?
One company handles the whole project: interior design and drawings, permit coordination where required, demolition, construction and trade management, cabinetry and millwork, finishing, and the final walkthrough. You work with a single point of contact rather than hiring a designer, a contractor and a cabinet shop separately.
How much will my renovation cost?
It depends entirely on scope, size, structural work and material selections, so we do not quote from a price list. After a consultation and site measure we provide a written, itemized estimate covering the work we have specified.
How long does a renovation take?
Timelines vary with scope, permit requirements and material lead times. We set out the schedule for your specific project in the proposal rather than promising a fixed number of weeks up front.
Do you handle the trades yourself?
Demolition, framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, tile, painting and finishing are coordinated in-house by our own site manager, using vetted and insured tradespeople on one schedule.
Do you take on commercial projects?
Yes. Alongside residential renovations we complete commercial millwork and tenant improvements for retail, office and hospitality spaces.
